What are we hiring for?

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to drive user engagement and retention across our portfolio of mobile apps. You will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, focusing on email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to foster stronger customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing CRM campaigns for mobile apps, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing customer journeys. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of experience in mobile app marketing to take ownership of key CRM initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate user engagement.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies for mobile apps: Design and execute CRM campaigns focused on iOS apps, leveraging email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to enhance user retention and engagement.
  • Optimize user engagement within the iOS ecosystem: Tailor CRM strategies to the unique behaviors of iOS users, ensuring alignment with Apple’s ecosystem and App Store guidelines.
  • Drive mobile app retention efforts: Analyze mobile app user behavior, segment users, and create personalized messaging strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams: Work closely with mobile app developers, product managers, and designers to ensure a seamless customer journey, integrating CRM initiatives within the app experience.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance: Use mobile analytics platforms (e.g., App Store Connect, Braze, Firebase) to track and measure CRM campaign effectiveness, and report actionable insights to the team.
  • Lifecycle marketing for app users: Manage customer journeys within the mobile app, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement strategies tailored for iOS users.
  • Experimentation and A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing within mobile CRM efforts to optimize messaging and strategies, leveraging app-specific engagement metrics.

Job requirements

You aspire to join an energetic team in a fast-growing startup to build and grow products at scale. Your desired skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 3+ years in CRM roles, specifically within the mobile app industry working with push notifications and in-app messaging;
  • Experience using mobile analytics tools such as Firebase, App Store Connect, or OneSignal to track user behavior, segment audiences, and generate reports;
  • Understanding of the iOS platform, including App Store guidelines, user behavior, and Apple’s marketing tools; 
  • Strong understanding of retention, engagement, and user lifecycle management in mobile apps;
  • Familiarity with CRM automation tools, A/B testing, and user segmentation, particularly in mobile apps;
  • Team collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with product, design, and marketing teams.
