We are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in branding and marketing art development. As part of the creative team at Air Apps, you will enjoy an engaging, fast-paced environment with opportunities to create original and innovative designs that stay true to the brand. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers, ASO Managers, and Video Producers to execute final designs to complete projects as needed. You must love to generate new ideas, be passionate about design, get excited about being a part of diverse projects, and thrive off collaboration with creative leaders from the disciplines of marketing, strategy, user experience, design, content, and creative technology. You must be a passionate self-starter who will lead on design, managing your time across multiple projects. Our ideal candidate will also have strong technical skills from design development through documentation and coordination.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, communication design, or similar.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong illustration, typography, composition, and information design skills.
Experience in designing ads for user acquisition campaigns.
Familiarity with the creation of Social media ads.
Ability to test ads and analyze performance reports.
Ability to provide digital design support in the form of blog images, social posts, etc.
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), or other visual design tools.
Familiarity with Figma.
Up-to-date with the latest digital design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to collaborate with product management and the Agile development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the visuals.
Works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
An understanding of the ad tech business and the needs of enabling the marketing team.
Capability to think out of the box and try new strategies.
Strong attention to detail and good organization.
Fluency in English.
